What is the closest airport to Cape May?
The closest major airport is Atlantic City International Airport (ACY), about a 45–60 minute drive to Cape May. Philadelphia International (PHL) is another option—typically a 1.5–2 hour drive depending on traffic. Regional/local airports may have limited service; check flights into ACY or PHL for the most convenient options.
What is the dress code?
We’re celebrating in Cape May, so think light, breathable fabrics and polished, beach-appropriate looks—sundresses or midi dresses for women; linen or lightweight suit/separates, dress shirts, or a blazer with chinos for men. Comfortable shoes for walking on cobblestones and sand-adjacent venues are recommended. If you’d like to lean more formal, feel free to dress up a notch—either choice is welcome.
What shoes should we wear for the beach?
Please wear a beach sandal for the ceremony and bring another pair of shoes for the indoor reception venue.
Where do we Park?
Parking is for hotel guests only. 1 Parking Pass per room.
Those attendees not staying at the hotel can park on the streets behind the hotel where there are no meters. Meters are active May 1st – November 1st.
Please arrive early if parking on the street, as it can take awhile.
All vendors can unload and then must move vehicles off property.
Is there a cost to get on the beach?
There is no fee to access the public Cape May beaches, but some private beach clubs and resort beaches charge daily or seasonal wristband fees; please check with your specific hotel or venue if you’re unsure. If you plan to spend time at the beach before or after the wedding, bring cash or card for chair/umbrella rentals and concessions.
